- Soil type and drainage conditions, and whether there is an existing footing drain
- Whether the space below grade is occupied or finished
- For remediation: where the water is showing up inside and when
- Any known structural cracking, bowing, or movement
- Whether you are spraying it yourself or need an applicator
You will get back a system spec, a detail schedule covering the cove, tie holes, cold joints, and penetrations, coverage math, and budget pricing. Submittal documentation is available for specified work.
